COUNTRY DAY OUT

Enjoy a garden ramble with a difference in Drury

Sunday 16th November 2008 10am-5pm

Friends of Drury School have joined together with The Rotary Club of Drury Inc. on an exciting fundraising effort – Country Day Out.  It’s a garden ramble with a difference catering for everyone with gorgeous gardens, antiques for sale, a museum and a classic car display.

We consider it a privilege that the owners of the properties on the ramble have generously opened their gardens.

Visit 14 unique and inspirational properties including a lush subtropical garden, a Tuscan styled villa with a stunning infinity pool, an intricate knot garden and superb hand crafted Kauri Kitchen.  Take a walk through a mature woodland garden to our tea party set at a French country garden and take time to meander through the magnificent grounds of a traditional English Tudor estate.

We can’t wait to show them to you and hope you will be as inspired by them as we are.

So please come along with friends and family and support Drury School.

The funds raised from the Country Day Out will go towards Drury School’s arts and cultural facility and the Rotary Club of Drury Inc. community projects such as oral hygiene programmes at local decile 1 schools and supporting the Papakura Blue Light – which Drury School participates in.
